A A.C & A.C.
The annual meeting of the A.A.C. & A.C* was held in the Arcade rooms last evening. Mr F. W. Seldon occupied the chair, and there was a fair attendance.
Apologies were received for the absence of Messrs George Dickenson and M. J. Lynskey.
The balance sheets re Easter meeting. Concert Committee, Harriers Hranoh, and general balance sheet were read, showing a deficit on the whole year's working of £9 t-'s 3d.—Adopted The report was also read. Several members spoke in the report to the effect that the debit balance was attribui able to want of the usual substantial donations, which in former years were received from the Club's supporters. The report was adopted. The following officers were appointed for the ensuinsr season:—Patron —D. Thorn-is, Esq ; President —G. A. M. Buckley, Esq ; Vice-Preside nt—Messrs J. Snod^rass, G. S. A suggestion was carried that the incoming Committee revise the membership roll, and weed out the inactive members.
Votes of thanks were accorded to the outgoing officers, and a special vote of thanks to the Captain, Hon. Secretary, and Hon. Treasurer.
A vote of thanks wa* also passed to the press for giving publicity to the doing 3of the Club.
