tJtiited Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright Cape Town, August 22 Renter's correspondent says that the conduct of the students at Capetown during the ceremony of installing the Duke of Cornwall as Chancellor of the Oape University was decorous, add in striking contrast to the uproarious behaviour of the undergraduates of Melbourne and Sydney. Capetown, August 23 The Duke of Cornwall laid the buttress stone of the New cathednsl here and the Duchess the corner stone of the Queen Victoria Nurses' Home. The Royalties exchanged farewell messages with Lord Kitchener.
