The Invercargill Fatality.
Ikvbrcabgill, July 18 Tlie japy found that the death of Mrs Sneyd was caused by a signal rocket fired by Captain McGUvaray and also expressed the opluion that the Council and police showed neglect in not enforcing their powers. Captain McGilvaray was charged with manslaughter tod«y, and remanded for a week on bailj two sureties At £100. which was forthcoming.
