Woodthorpe, M.A., as vicar of Sb Stephen's, Ashburfcon, took place on Tuesday evening, m the presence of a large congregation. The office of institution was conducted by Bishop Julius, assisted by the chaplain, the Rev J. Holland, of Rakaia, and the Rev Dr Abbott* The full Yea&ry also took part m the institution, meeting the Bishop, clergy, and choir at the principal door of the church, and leading them to the chancel.
