Captain Dreyfus Paris, December 5 £eneral Billot, French Minister of War, made a statement in the Chamber #ith refer, nee to Captain Dreyfus' c»se. He said he was fairly tried and condemned. He announced that an inquiry had been ordered to be made into the charges made by Captain Dreyfus' brother against Count Esterhazy, commandant of artillery, who, he declared had been concerned in the authorship of the incriminating documents produced at the trial.
