Houses Wrecked. A Synagogue [Burned. Press Association—By Electric TelegraphCopyright. Received Wakapuaka Dec. 3,10 am, Guardian Office 10.40 a.m. Vienna, December 2. Twelve battalions of Austrian Infantry and a squadron of Hassan have been dispatched to Prague to cope with the riots. Business was paralysed, the rioters wrecked and plundered the ' house* of the German residents, tbe university and schools' furniture taken from buildings and burned ia bonfires in the street*. The rioters attempted to storm the cartridge factory, but it was successfully defended by tbe troops, who killed some of the rioters. Tbe Synagogue and Jewish warehouses were plundered and valuable archives stored in the Krusky Palace were burned. Order was restored at midnight. The main body of the troops was then withdrawn, a tnjfteient force being left to patrol the city and preserve order.
