Melbourne, October 16 The Judge declines to allow Mr Speight general costs. October 17 Mr Speight, plaintiff m the recent libel action against the Age, receives costs on the counts on which he succeeded. The costs on either side are to be on the highest scale. Defendant has been ordered to pay the shorthand writers' fees. Melbourne, October Vt In the Supreme Court judgment was entered for Sytne with costs on the counts m which Speight was unsucessful. This is practically a verdict fo defendant
