Mails close for the following places as un ler, subject to the necessary alterations :-- TUESDAY, September 19. For Northern Ports, per Flora, at eSOpm WEDNESDAY, September 20. For Australian Colonies, and also specially addressed correspondence, per Oiient steamer, for the United Kingdom and Continent of Europe, per express to connect with Manapouri, at Port Chalmers, at 152.30 p.m. Dae in London November 8.
Note—On and after October 1 the parcels post system will \ c established between New Zealand and Ne v South Wales at the same rate of postage as to the other colonies.
