AUSTRALIANS v LIVERFOOL.
London, August 12. The Australians won the cricket match against; Liverpool and d strict by an inninga and 34 runs. The home team scored 85 (H. Steel 21) in their first innings, and 76 (Stubbs 17) in their second innings. The batting was yery feeble, Coningham and McLood bowled throughout the matcli, and the former in the second inninga sent down ten consecutive maiden overs Tha fielding of the Australians was excellent, and Blackham's wicketkeeping was a rare treat; to witness.
