LOSS OF H.M..S. VICTORIA.
THE COURT-MARTIAL* London, July 25. Vice-Admiral Sir Culme Seymour has intimated to Rear-Admiral Markh&m that, being incriminated m connection with the loss of the Victoria, he might watch the evidence adduced at the court martial.
