The Home Rule Bill.

The bill introduced by Mr Gladstone to give Home Rule to Ireland cmnot but commend itself to the good wishes of all r'ghbthinking people. While reserving to the JSmpke absolute supremacy, it gives to Ireland that local government which Ihe calm reasonings of this decade have shown to be necessary. It is unnatural that any country, if in be able to govern itself, should be governed by a country outside of its boundaries. Logically, if Ireland should continue to be governed by England, Viccoria should be governed by Queensland, and so on ad ! absurdum. But present evidences are all in favor of the belief that the nations of the world desire to* ex^nd greater freedom to the individual, so long as \h does not interfere with the rights of tVe mass ; and this is Home Rule in its highest form, Now the mental and moral organisations are governed by the health cf the body. If there be any derangement of the physical functions, the other parts of the bodily structure must suffer. A sound and healthy body attunes the whole nature of man to harmony- he is able to cope with all the cares cf business, nis duties are as easy as play to him —life to him has no real difficulties. Warner's Safe Cure are the only medicines i hat will secure peimanent benefit to the man or woman run iown by business troubles, or any forms of anxiety. Other mental derangements than those have their origin in debilitating liver and kidney troubles which Warner's Safe Cure is special!j designed to remove, and which it has removed from hundreds ot thousands of sufferers. --
