Paris, February 4. Queen Natalie having gone to Biarritz, the Liberal party m Servia have invited her to return, and offer to support her claims if she does so. ALLEGED ESPIONAGE. Cooper, one of the Englishmen imprisoned on a charge of espionage, at St. Etienne, appealed and got his sentence increased.
