Dunedin, March .31.
At the statutory meeting of the Sew Hoy Big Beach Company, the Chairman stated that since the Company was registered on December 13, the gold secured' was 7420z 13dwt 15gr; and after deducting average working expenses, the net return was £200 D. Three new dredges' are now under construction in Christchurch. Captain Cameron (Gore), Messrs Sew Hoy, Blair and Duncan were elected Directors, and it is understood that a dividend of 3d per share will be paid next week.
