NEW ZEALAND BUTTER.
Professor Long, the dairying expert, considers that New Zealand will prove a formidable antagonist to France and Denmark m the production of butter suitable for the English market, but doubts whether the higher class of Cheddar cheese can be made m the colony. He recommends the opening of shops throughout the country for the sale of New Zealand produce.
