Wellington. February 26. A Magisterial enquiry was held to-day into the olrcamataooea o£ the ate&mer 'Waltara striking a rock In Woraer Bay on Wednesday last. The Ooarfc fovnd Oapt Thompson guilty of groas oareleainess, and deolded that auoh oareieaaneai and Ignotance led to the veatel striking. They thereforeiQHpended his certifioate for six monthi and ordered him to pay the costs of the enquiry amounting to £4 4s.
