It is understood that Prince Bismarck is agreeable to the establishment of joint control over Samoa by Great Britain, the UnitedStates,and Qerrqany, and is willing that Qermany should discontinue operations m Samoa pending the decision of the Conference, which will shortly be held m this city on Samoan affairs. The Chancellor, however, stipulates that his consent to these courses is conditional on the evacuation of German properties m Samoa, and the delimitation of boundaries.
