I lost no money, but you tried very hard to get it. A man named Williams was m the bar at tbe time. This was all the evidence. Prisoner Rogers, on being asked if he had anything to say, stated that Harley was no mate of his and prisoner Harley Btated that he did not come to town with Rogers. < The Benoh said there was amp'e proof that Rogers wa? a "bar Bneak," one of those men who lay m wait to rob others. The evidence was not strong enough to oonnept Harley with him and the latter would, therefore, be discharged with a oaution to be more careful as to the com* pany he kept.
