RULES AND REGULATIONS. X. There must be three or more entries for each event or there will be no race. 2. No entry will be received except on the condition-that all disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by the Stewards, or whom they may appoint; their decision on all points connected with carrying out the above programme to be final. 3. Canterbury Jockey Club racing rules strictly adhered to. 1 - * 4. A district horse shall mean any horse that has been commonly resident in the Ashburton County previous to August Ist, 1882, and up to the date of the forth- ; coming meeting, and owned by a person who has resided in the said County during the same period. 5.
