His 3min. advantage at the finish indicates his quality. He also ticked off second place m the sealed handicap. The scratch mark was his. . E. Bellman is living up to all the good things that have been said,of him. He pedalled like a champion and took second money m a canter m the time-run. He just missed, getting among the place-getters m the handicap. Hoare Is having a great run. Placing third m the time trial, he won the sealed race m hollow ■fashion with his handicap. His tally now reads: Two wins and a place. White has at last taken a position. He must do better than a third very shortly. , .
