♦ NEW PLYMOUTH, Oct. 11. [Per Press Association.] A memorial obelisk, erected by the friends of the late Trooper Hempton, was unveiled in the Okato cemetery to-day, by Captain Mace. Tlie Taranaki Guards and Rifle Volunteers will march to Inglewood, twelve miles, this afternoon, accompanied by the City Band.
