The Berlin radio announces that Poliiih anti-aircraft guns fired on a German aeroplane flying over Danzig. One of the occupants was the State Secretary, Dr. Stuckart. The announcement was followed by the declaration that "this intolerable provocation is against all international law.", The Germans report that Poles fatally shot seven Germans and one Czech at Bielitz. The Berlin newspaper Angriff claims that 24 of the minority German Ukrainian reservists were machinegunned and killed at tho provisional military camp at Lodz, for refusing to bo shifted to Northern Poland.
