A convention between Poland and the free town of Danzig has been signed. Poland will.represent Danzig abroad. Danzig will participate in treaty-making, both beings considered as one for customs ipurposes. The 'League of Nations Commission-, er will settle any points of diffeier.ee.—A. and N.Z.
