General Kuropatkin on Saturday evening reports: " The Japanese on Saturday only attacked the third Siberian army eorp«. The first army corps echeloned in front: and the other army corps continued to retreat on the positions aDpointed for all the armies. The rearguard and third army occupied on Saturday a position on the Mandarin road, seventeen miles from Tieling, confronting a iniall force, chiefly of Japanese cavalry." The Russians missing from the roll call from February 28th to March 11th, are 1100 officers and 26,391 men.
