SEYMOUR SQUARE.
TO THK BDITOB. Sir, — Some individual is busily engaged picking out the eyes of Seymour Square by mowing the choicest bits of grass. I don't think the Borough Council should allow this. If they don't want the grass for their own horses they ought to get someone to cut it m a proper and systematic manner.-— I am, etc-, Burgess.
