Navy blue taffetas has been used for the making of this smart .little coat-frock, with its long sleeves, high collar, floating white mousselino "jabot," and neat little "cloche" —the now kind, with the upturned front brim— in the same fabric as the dress. It is trimmed with a band of white moire ribbon, and with the handbag, in white suede, and white silk stockings and white kid shoes and gloves— the ensemble is exceedingly attractive.
