(Received 1.30 p.m.) WARSAW, May 21. Newspapers declare that the men who attacked the Kalthof Customs House were Germans from East Prussia and not Danzig citizens. It is emphasised that Polish Customs officials gave no cause for a provocative act. Kalthof police arrested four P6lish raihvavmen.

A second incident is reported to have occurred at Pieekel. the southern point in Danzig territory. Customs officials telephoned that they were barricaded in tho Customs House which uniformed Storm Troopers were attacking, shouting anti-Polish slogans and demanding the blood of Polish Customs officers.
