Hulton's eh f Fifinella.. by Poiynielus—Silver Fowl, Bst 91b 1 Mr Farie's b c Kwang Su, by Cicero -i-Oiilioia, 9st 2 Mr Jolin San ford's b c Nassovian. by William the Third —Veneration IT.. 9st ... 3 Ten started. Kwang Su was favourite, and looked a sure winner* 200 yards from tne post, but Fifinella, on the rails, won ;m exciting finish by a. neck in the last few strides. A head separated the second and third horses. The Chesterfield Handicap was won by tho King's four-year-old Friar Morons, by Cicero —Prim Nun, with Vnnitio. second, and Queen of the Seas third.
