+ (PER MUSS ASSOCIATION.) Auckland, Jane 11. The following sentenoes were imposed at the Supreme Court to-day :— John Maodonald, horse stealing, five years' penal servitude; Alfred Hall, sheep stealing, two ysars* imprisonment with hard labor. A verdiot of Guilty was returned against E. H. Jagger, charged with having stolen a number of oasei of kerosene, the property of Arnold Cheniy ami Co., m whose employ he was, and T, Perriman, charged with having received the stolen property. Sentence was deferred. In the oase of Louis Paget, accused of the murder of a woman named Mary Ann Wilson, at Arch Hill, the Grand Jury threw out the ' bill, but returned a true bill against him on a charge of manslaughter. James Wilkinson waa found guilty of stealing five books from the Publio Library, but sentence wag deferred, as four other oharges of a similar character are to be brought against him. Auckland, Jane 12, Ohas. Wilkinson, convicted of larceny of books from the Free Library, eighteen volumes m all, was sentenced at the Supreme Court to-day to three years' penal servitude, wvaavQTow, Jane 19. ; The oase Manawatu Railway Company v. the Government is adjourned for argument till Tuesday. ,
