ENEMY STILL; ACTIVE. IN THE CARPATHIANS. (High Commissioner's Cable.) LONDON, April 15 (4.50 p.m.). Fighting continues in the region of L'zsok Pass. On Tuesday night the Russians progressed -slightly and repulsed repeated counter attacks in the heights south of the line of Vollosate (west, of the Uzsok Pass) to Bnkowek, capturing a, thousand prisoners. The enemy's attempts to assume the offensive south of Koziowa (east of the Uzsok Pass) in Bukowina-, on tho right bank of the Pruth, and in the region of Czeraowitz failed.
