The "Daily Chronicle's" Petrograd correspondent, Dr. Harold Williams, says that the civil war is increasingly, complicated..
The Ukrainians have concluded a treaty with the Don Cossacks, to which the Terek and Kuban Cossacks
adhere.
Fighting is expected at Kieff. has already begun at Odessa.
The Black Sea fleet .is bewildered, not knowing whether to take orders from the Petrograd Government o. Kieff, from the Bolshevikis or the Ukrainian Rada.
It is announced that the Cossacks hold Rostoff, and are advancing on Voronesh.
The Russian Ambassadors at London and Tokio have been ordered to return to Petrograd to answer charges of spreading false- news regarding the armistice. If they drsobey their property in Russia will be confiscated.
The banks already refuse to pay out large amounts.
