The newspapers state that General Sarrail has been recalled, having been appointed to a higher post. He will be ' succeeded by General Guillaumat. It is. also reported that the French Admiral commanding tie Allied squadron , in the Aegean Sea has beon replaced by Rear-Admiral Fatu.
