LATE CRICKET.
WELLINGTON v. REESE'S ELEVEN. Press Association. WELLINGTON, April 13. The cricket match, Reese's Canterbury team v. a local eleven, was resumed to-day in blustery weather. Wellington in their second innings made 160 Robinson (33), Midlane (38), M'Girr (21), and Hiddleston (.20), being the highest scorers. At the luncheon adjournment Canterbury in their second innings had "Scored seventeen without the loss of a wicket. WEDNESDAY REPRESENTATIVES. AUCKLAND v. WELLINGTON. The match between the Wellington and Auckland Wednesday representatives was commenced at Newtown Park to-day. The local men batted first, and, up to the luncheon adjournment, had lost four wickets for 205 (Wilson 51, Harris not out 87).
