FIELD AMBULANCE.
The first annual meeting of No. 3 Company Field Hospital and Bearer Corps ex-Members' Association was held in the orderly room, King Edward Barracks, on Thursday evening. Prior to the election of officers, Mr C. H. Smith occupied the chair,, and there was a gojjd attendance of members. The fol-io-wing officers were elected: —Patron, Dr R. W. Anderson; president, Dr J. R. Thomas; vice-presidents, Dr Compton PM - sons, Dr Thomas, sen., and Messrs P. Strain and C. H. Smith; secretary and treasurer, Mr C. H. Burson; honorary auditor, Mr W. W. M'Kinney; committee, Messrs Grenfell, Walters, Rodgers, Harper, Kibble white, Burgess, aiuTMidgley. It was 'decided that an annual re-union should be held, to take the form of a smoking concert, in February, on the date of the annual meeting. It was resolved that a copy of the rules should be sent, to all old members with a request that they should keep in touch with the company.
