NEW HALL AT WHITIKAHU
ELECTION OF COMMITTEE [by telegraph—own correspondent] MORRINSVILLE, Tuesday Tho settlers of Whitikahu, a district beyond Tauhei, are taking steps to have a hall built. A section is available and a sum of money has been raised during the past * few years. There was a large attendance of settlers at a meeting held recently for the election of a hall committee. Officers elected were:—President, Mr. P. H. Clark; vice-president, Mr. R. McCalliun; secretary, Mr. IT. Nalder; amusement committee, Mesdames Boyce, Clark, McCallum, .Miss Pest, Messrs, W. Bennett, L. Nicholson * P.' IT. Clark, W. IT. Best, P. Dean and P. Anion.
