STATE MINE IDLE
♦ (By Telegraph.—Press Association) GEBYMOtJTH, This Day. The State mine was idle to-day. It is understood that a man was dismissed and a stop-work meeting was hold, after which all the men went homo. The State mine trouble was duo to the management rfeusing to permit a man to work who was suspended for refusing to work at a slip on Saturday in order to enable work to resume today. A union deputation interviewed tho management and requested the man's reinstatement. This was granted conditionally on tho man agreeing to obey instructions. This assurance was forthcoming, and tho mi.no will reopen to-morrow.
