NGAIO SUBWAY
The Mayor (Mr. R. A. Wright) informed a "Post" reporter to-day that a start would probably be made next week or the week after with the work on the proposed Ngaio' subway. The Railway Department, said Mr. Wright, had, been threatened with an action, but this difficulty had now been overcome.
