RETURNED SOLDIERS AND SETTLEMENT.
In espousing the cause of returned soldiers, Mr. W. H. Field, in Parliament lsiet night, said there might be 10,000 men who desired to go on the land. If this was the case and they showed adaptability, it was the duty of the country to train these men in order that they might go on the land.
