fßt TELEGHArH.— SPECIAL TO THE POST-l OTAKI, This Day. The Revs. Wrigley and Paris left yesterday for Napier to attend Synod, Mhich commences this week. There was a smash-up at Manakau on Friday night owing, it is stated, to a horse becoming alarmed at a passing motor-car, and bolting with a drill. Legal proceedings are likely to follow.
