WORKERS REFUSE TO SIGN. VIRTUAL strike continues. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) OHURA, this day. In connection with the suspension of all contract work on the Stratford Main Trunk railway a meeting of workers at Ohura on Monday night and at the Haeo main camp last night decided to continue to refuse to sign the Government contracts at the wages,.offered. The virtual strike continues.
