- *$ — -. [UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Zanzibar, June 14. Captain Stairs died at Cbinide, on the Zambesi, during his return from tho Katanga expedition. [Deceased will be remembered as one of Mr H. W. Stanley's officers m his expedition for the relief of Emm Pasha. He is understood to have lived ia New Zealand at one time.J
