THE REVOLT IN VENEZUELA.
PRESIDENT PALACIO TAKES FLIGHT [UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION.] : Washington, June 14. A despatch to the New York papers states that Dr. Palacio, President of Venezuela, has fled before the advauce of the insurgents on the capital. New Yobk, June 15. It is reported that Dr Palacio offered to retire on conditions of peace being restored pending the ballot for the Presidency of Venezuela.
