WELLINGTON DISTRICT Lower Hutt, January 23: Mrs. Heyes presided and Mrs. Swift led devotions, taking the message for the New Year of "Consecration." A syllabus was drawn up for the year and plans of work were discussed Items of interest were read from the "Vanguard" am "The Challenge." Interesting articles, "Whither Love?” and 'Bitter Bread of Old Age,” were read by Mrs. Girling and Mrs. Rodgers respectively. Devotions were taken by Mrs. A. J. Milgrew, who read verses 1 to 11 of psalm 70. Meeting closed by Mrs. Bailey with prayer and Benediction.
