Show how animals and birds learn to care for themselves when they are a few weeks old Encourage the children to tell about those they know; then explain that the littlehuman baby requires the care of its mother for years. Stress the wonderful love of the mother, and the responsibilities. Show bow mothers must give up a great part of their lives to the care of their children. Solo, or Group Singing. “Away in a Manger ’ A Game, follow the leader. It should be arranged beforehand to have suitable messages put around the room and for the leader to take the group to these and read them together.

Cloning: Benediction and National Anthem. Note: Give children a flower to wear in honour of their mothers. Prepare the room before the meeting. When the game is over, give a small prize to the child who can remember the most of the messages on the w’alls.
