ALCOHOL BANNED BY GERMAN RED CROSS.

It weakens one’s sense of responsibility, and causes numerous misdemeanours, crimes and accidents, especially automobile accidents, and favours to a marked extent the development of venereal diseases. Alcohol constitutes an especially prave danper for children and juveniles. Adults may be injured as to health, economic position, and moral character, not only by the excessive, but also by the habitual moderate use of alcoholic l>everapes.
