LOST! W.C.T.U. MEMBER.
She was not kidnapped or murdered. Nothing so dramatic as that, hut she w’as undeniably lost. She was an intelligent young mother, deeply interested in the welfare of her children. She became interested in Prohibition, but no W.C.T.U. became interested in her Everybody was “so busy.” A social club recognized ner ability, took her in. She became president, “the best they ever had, she did wonders*’ —but —she was lost to the W.C.T.U. A sad-hearted Union now’ looks at her longingly. * —“White Ribbon Herald.’*
