Sec., Mrs Evans, 205 Clyde Street, Island Bay, Wellington? Also that the Y’s and Medal Contests Superintendent, unfor tunately omitted in the Convention number list, is Mrs Young. “Glenfoyle,’' Richmond. Invercargill. LITERATURE I>KI’ARTMENT. 1 >ear Sisters I wish to cal attention to the advertisement showing goods now obtainable in this department. We are nearing the close* of another year, and soon we shall be right in the thick of another campaign year. I wonder it wr are all doing ail we could or might do with all the people we m*et, even before we reach our campaign year? I'm wondering also how many of our Uni ons have appointed a Literature Sup erintemlent to take charge of this particular and quite necessary pail of the work. You will readily see that it is essential to the work of the success ful Union. me recommend to you that in the appointment of the various

departments and office bearers for th< forthcoming year this be taken up hear tily; (if not already adopted, try it. There are many ways in which this de partment cani be useful, which will suggest themselves to the mind of one

who is on the look out for opportunities for service. Many thoughts could l* 1 passed on one from the other and helpful hints. I have also oftentimes printed matter, which I should lx* pleased to pass on to the local Superintendents. These contain much useful information, and I am anxious that they be more in circulation. If I can bo of any service to any Union along this line, 1 am willing to be so. With best wishes for a full life *>'t useful service for God. Home and H'i inanity.—Yours sincerely, ALICE E. MOWLEM. Dorn. Supt.
