The numbers for May, June, and July arc now to hand. 1 will also be pleased to lend “The Shield,” the official organ of the Association lor Moral and Social Hygiene; “The World’s Children.” formerly the record ol the Save the Children Fund; and “Jus Suffragii,” the monthly organ of the International Suffrage Alliance all Hd postage. The June and July numbers of the last give an interesting account of the Congress held at Rome last May. The Congress was formally opened by Signor Mussolini and Signor Cremonesi, Lord Mayor of Rome.
