DOES PROHIBITION PROHIBIT?
Read these two statements: (1) You can get liquer everywhere in America. (?) In America, where you can’t get liquor, everybody lakes drugs or some other terrible substitute. And contrast these: (1) Prohibition wil! put thousands of people out of business. (2) We sell just as much liquor in America as ever. Metliinks the Trade doth protect too much, and so gives its own case away.
