The record of the present session cannot be regarded as at all satisfactory from a woman’s point of view. To the thoughtful woman, who look - beneath the surface of things, how the mind of Parliament was shewn in

We must also put a black maik against the Parliament which refused to lessen the three fifths handicap on our Prohibition vote. The election is < lose .it hand, and wo urge every one, who wishes to see National Prohibition carried, to refu e to vote for any man who supports the three-hfih-majority. Where i- the logic of putting into one ballot box a vote for National Prohibition and in the other .1 vole for a man who is doing his best to binder it by supporting the threefifths handicap. We do urge all women voters to be logical and vote for rhe man who will help us to clear the drink traffic away by voting out this fancy majority and by making a Mother’s vote equal to a li<|Uor-seller’s. I he Mother votes to save the boy the liquor-seller votes to ruin him -will you vote for the man who helps the liquor-seller by making two of then votes equal to three mother’s votes.
