EDITORIAL NOTES.
WE wish our correspondents would read, carefully, the note at the head of Branch Union Reports. A short report of successful work accomplished, we gladly insert, also novel suggestions and ways of fighting every form of evil, but our Official Organ is not intended to be just an epitome of these. One of the reports sent in this month would fill about two columns, and if all were inserted as sent, the whole reading space would be occupied in this issue. Will a word to the w ise be sufficient ? Will all workers thoughtfully notice the letter written by Mrs Hislop, Literature Superintendent. Writing pads can only be obtained from Mrs Heatley, 3, Granville Terrace, Belleknowes, Dunedin. Purity Literature from Mrs Webb, Ormondville. Maori Literature, Mrs Henderson, Frankton Junction. Much trouble and expense will be avoided if this information which has been given in previous issues is remembered, and acted upon. The Business Manager wishes to say that all monies paid by Unions are acknowledged by a receipt sent to the Treasurer, not in the subscription list in the WHITE RIBBON. Congratulations to new* Union at Te Hauke.
